Dietary needs and preferences are very bioindividual. So rather than introducing a “diet” I will be introducing concepts to help keep your blood sugar regulated. If you want personalized dietary adjustments we can do that in one of my one-on-one program.

Yes! I have had entire families join my group programs so grab a friend or a family member and join in! The 2nd member of the family can join for half price.

The program is currently set at it’s regular pricing. I run a discount for referrals and other family members so definitely let me know if you have either or both!

You don’t have to but I wanted to partner with a tracking system that also offered a CGM plan (Stelo). If you have a different CGM or don’t wish to use Levels that’s ok but it’s definitely the gold standard.
